- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Mix the softened butter and 100 g of powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy. Add the egg, vanilla sugar, brandy, and beat until smooth.

Combine the nuts, baking soda, and flour, then mix with the main mixture to form a smooth dough.

Roll out and cut the cookies into the desired shape. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 25 minutes.
