Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Honey - 5 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a sheet of thawed puff pastry on a cutting board and roll it out slightly to form a rectangle.
Step 2
Carefully spread honey over the surface of the dough in a thin layer, then sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar.
Step 3
Gently roll the dough into a log. Cut the log into equal pieces.
Step 4
Gently pinch the ends of the small buns to prevent the hot honey from leaking out. Place the buns upright on a baking sheet (Make sure to line the baking sheet with parchment paper beforehand).
Step 5
Bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
You can sprinkle sugar on top to further caramelize the buns.
