Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, warm the milk, add the yeast and sugar. Place it in a warm spot to rise for a bit.
Step 2
Sift the flour, melt the butter. Mix everything together, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 4
Once the dough has risen, roll it out. Then brush the dough with a little vegetable oil. Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar (to taste), and top with cinnamon (again, to your preference).
Step 5
Roll it tightly into a log and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. Grease a baking sheet with oil, place the rolls on it, and bake.
Step 6
Once golden brown, remove from the oven.
