- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar Glaze - 4 teaspoons
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whip the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add the egg and whip a little more.

Add half a cup of sifted flour and mix.
Step 5
Then add the remaining flour and quickly knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out thinly to form a smooth circle.

Cut into triangles, spread the cinnamon sugar mixture on each triangle, roll up the croissants, and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the croissants until the edges are slightly golden.

Cool the finished croissants on a wire rack, and you can dust them with powdered sugar.
