Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the milk slightly.
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast in it, adding 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar. Mix and place in a warm place.
Step 3
Sift the remaining flour, add the grated and pre-chilled margarine, and rub it in with your hands.
Step 4
Gather the mixture into a mound and make a well in the center.
Step 5
Pour the prepared yeast mixture into this well and knead the dough.
Step 6
Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Once the dough has cooled, take it out of the refrigerator and divide it into 4 parts.
Step 8
Roll each part into a sheet about 2 mm thick.
Step 9
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 10
Cut each circle into 8 sectors and roll them into crescents.
Step 11
Place on a baking sheet. Put in the oven preheated to 356°F.
Step 12
Bake until the crescents are golden brown.
Step 13
Sprinkle the cooled crescents with powdered sugar.
