Ingredients
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3¾ glasses
- Sugar - 1¾ glasses
- Brown Sugar - 7½ spoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 2½ spoons
- Coarse Salt - 1½ spoons
- Baking Powder - 2½ spoons
- Pecan - ⅓ glasses
- Milk - 1 glass
- Sour Cream - 6 teaspoons
- Vanillin - 2½ spoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine eight tablespoons of melted butter, 1/4 cup of white sugar, six tablespoons of brown sugar, two tablespoons of cinnamon, and half a teaspoon of salt. Add one and a half cups of flour. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining brown sugar with two teaspoons of white sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
Step 2
Sift the remaining flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder together. Whisk the remaining butter, milk, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs.
Step 3
Combine both flour mixtures with the sour cream. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the filling on top, reserving a little for garnish, then cover with the remaining batter. Evenly sprinkle the nut mixture on top. Bake at 320°F for one hour and fifteen minutes.
