Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Add 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, salt, butter, egg, sour cream, baking soda, and knead thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. At the end of kneading, add a spoonful of honey.
Step 2
From the resulting dough, roll out small ropes and shape them into small pretzels, no more than 20–25 g each. Before placing them in the oven, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 12–15 minutes at a temperature of 220–464°F.
