Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 20.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 5.6 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in the mixing bowl using the dough hook.
Step 3
Add half of the softened butter.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine 230 ml of warm milk with the yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the yeast mixture, 2 eggs, and 1 egg yolk to the dough. Mix on low speed for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the dough from the mixing bowl to a floured surface, gently knead it by hand, and shape it into a ball.
Step 7
Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
Step 8
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 9
Dust the countertop with flour and roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
Step 10
Spread the remaining half of the butter over the entire rectangle. Evenly sprinkle the dough with brown sugar.
Step 11
Roll the dough into a log. Cut into pieces about 2 inches thick.

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil. Arrange the rolls in the pan and cover them with plastic wrap. Let them sit at room temperature for half an hour.
Step 13
Beat the cream cheese, add the powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.

Add the remaining milk and vanilla, and whip the mixture once more.
Step 15
Bake the rolls in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 374°F. Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Step 16
Drizzle the finished buns with glaze and serve immediately.
