Description
Citrus Jelly with Honey and Mint
Ingredients
- Grapefruits - 1 piece
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Tangelo - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint - 1 tablespoon
- Gelatin - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the grapefruit in half across over a bowl and scoop out the flesh and juice with a spoon. Peel the oranges and mandarins, separate them into segments, and try to clean the segments from the membranes as much as possible. Transfer the flesh to the same bowl. Break it into small pieces and squeeze out any remaining juice.
Step 2
Strain the juice into a separate bowl and add the juice from the tangelo.
Step 3
Mix the flesh with honey and finely chopped mint, then place it into 4 small molds.
Step 4
Pour the juice into a saucepan and add the gelatin pieces. Heat gently over low heat until the gelatin dissolves. Slightly cool and pour into the molds.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator to set, about 1 hour. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
