Ingredients
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Grapefruits - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zest from the orange and lime (using a zester or grater).
Step 2
Juice the orange and lime (you will need a total of 100 ml).
Step 3
Cream the butter with sugar (100 g).
Step 4
Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 5
Add the juice and mix again.
Step 6
Add the zest and mix.
Step 7
Add the baking powder and flour, and knead a soft dough.
Step 8
Place the dough into molds with a thickness of 0.5–1 cm.
Step 9
Put in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 10
Bake for 15–20 minutes.
Step 11
For the cream, whip the cream with sugar (50 g).

Add the cream cheese and mix.
Step 13
Soak the baked hearts well with the cream.

Top the cream with berries and fruits.
