Ingredients
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Star anise - 3 pieces
- Red Grape Juice - 5 pieces
- Orange Candies - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and place over medium heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then add the star anise and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, cut the skin and white pith off all the citrus fruits. Carefully cut out the segments and transfer them to a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the remaining pulp into the bowl.
Step 3
Add the anise syrup and mix well. Before serving, remove the star anise.
