Ingredients
- Semolina - 3.5 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the lemon, mandarins, and orange, and blend them in a blender.
Step 3
In boiling salted water, gradually add the semolina while stirring constantly.
Step 4
At the end of cooking, add a little boiling milk, sugar, and butter, and cook until ready (5 minutes).
Step 5
Mix with the citrus blend.
Step 6
Separately beat the egg whites and yolks and gently fold them into the mixture.
Step 7
Spoon into dessert cups and serve. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
