Clafoutis with Blueberries and Almonds
Ingredients
- Chopped almonds - 3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Cream - 12 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Grind the almonds into powder in a food processor or blender and mix with flour and salt. Add sugar, eggs, yolks, and cream. Knead the batter.
Step 3
Grease a ceramic baking dish with butter. Place the blueberries at the bottom and fill with the batter.
Step 4
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
