- Ground dried cherries - 2.6 oz
- Anjou Pear - 1 piece
- 3.2% Milk - 6 fl oz
- Cream (40%) - 6 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a 25 cm round baking dish with butter. Lightly dust with flour and shake off the excess.
Step 2
Transfer the cherries to a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the pear, remove the core, and cut it in half lengthwise. Then slice it thinly and arrange the slices in a circle in the prepared dish.
Step 4
In a food processor, combine the milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt. Blend well and pour the batter over the pears.

Drain the cherries and sprinkle them on top of the batter. Gently press down.
Step 6
Bake until set and golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes and cut into segments.
