Classic Almond Brownies

Ingredients

  • Butter - 3.9 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 2.1 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - ⅓ teaspoon
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 2.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Line the baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 3

Melt the broken chocolate, chopped butter, and a pinch of salt in a water bath.

Step 4

Sift the flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Mix the nuts with cocoa powder.

Step 6

Beat the eggs with fructose, then add the melted chocolate and butter. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the pan and tap a couple of times on the table to evenly distribute the nuts in the batter.

Step 7

After baking for 20 minutes, let the dessert cool at room temperature.

Step 8

You can decorate with strawberries.
