Description

You can add margarine instead of butter to the dough. Sometimes, when mixing the crushed cookies with the condensed milk, I also add walnuts. You can also decorate with dark chocolate (crumbs or glaze). Use your imagination, and it will all turn out great.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 3½ cups
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Butter - 14.1 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 2 cans

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the flour.

Step 2

Add 200 g of softened butter, sugar, sour cream, baking powder to the flour, and mix everything together. Knead the dough by hand.

Step 3

Pass the dough through a meat grinder.

Step 4

Spread it on a baking sheet. Bake at 180–392°F until golden brown. If your oven is not very good, take out the cookies during baking to prevent burning.

Step 5

While the dough is baking, prepare the cream: place the remaining butter (200 g) in a bowl, open the boiled condensed milk (it should be boiled for 1.5 hours).

Step 6

Beat the butter with the condensed milk until smooth.

Step 7

When the cookies are ready, transfer them to a bowl and crush them with a potato masher. There will be not only crumbs but also pieces; don't be alarmed, they help bind the cake later. Don't crush everything into dust; there should be pieces.

Step 8

Pour the cream into the crumbs.

Step 9

Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 10

Take a large smooth plate and pile the cake on it.

Step 11

Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to let it set. Overnight is better.
