Ingredients
- Cookies - 17.6 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Dark Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Poppy seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the condensed milk for 2 hours.
Step 2
Divide the cookies into 2 equal parts.
Step 3
Grind 1/2 of the cookies using a meat grinder. Break the other half into small pieces by hand.
Step 4
Combine all the cookies with the boiled condensed milk. Mix until homogeneous.
Step 5
Place the mixture on a flat plate or tray and shape it into a pyramid.
Step 6
To prepare the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and then mix them together.
Step 7
Decorate the cake. Drizzle it with thin streams of glaze and sprinkle with poppy seeds on top.
Step 8
Refrigerate the cake for a few hours.
