Description

There’s nothing better than fluffy and hearty cheese pancakes for a leisurely breakfast. The sweet smell of cottage cheese fills the entire house, calling family members to the kitchen. For cheese pancakes, you should use dry cottage cheese – the less moisture it has, the better. If you can’t find dry cottage cheese, you can remove excess water from any cottage cheese by leaving it in a strainer in the refrigerator overnight. To ensure the dish turns out perfectly, it’s advisable to pass the cottage cheese through a fine sieve; this way, the pancakes will be uniform and won’t fall apart while frying.

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
