- Semolina - 2 spoons
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In the cottage cheese, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter, the egg beaten with sugar, semolina, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon or wooden spatula, adding the cleaned and rinsed raisins.
Step 2
Spread the cottage cheese mixture onto a greased skillet or shallow pot that has been dusted with crushed breadcrumbs, level the surface, spread sour cream on top, and drizzle with oil.
