- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and flour. Add the baking soda that has been extinguished. Add salt. Optionally, you can add dried fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.
Step 2
Place the prepared mixture into a mold (grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with semolina) and bake in the oven at 180°C until ready (about 30 minutes, but the time depends on the size of the mold).
