Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly whisk the eggs with milk — a regular fork works best.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a skillet. The skillet should be hot enough; otherwise, the omelet won't be fluffy.

Step 3

As soon as the butter stops bubbling, add the eggs mixed with milk, covering the entire bottom of the pan. You need to immediately lift the part of the omelet that has set, allowing the egg mixture to flow underneath. Repeat this several times, gently shaking the pan to help the omelet set on all sides more quickly.

Step 4

A minute before the omelet is fully cooked, sprinkle grated cheese over one half of the omelet and cook for an additional 20 seconds.

Step 5

Using a spatula, fold the omelet over the cheese half, covering it with the other half. Turn off the heat and let it cook for another 30 seconds.
