Ingredients

  • Shortcrust Cake Mix - 8.8 oz
  • Salted pork belly - 5.3 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Leek - 7.1 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the pork and the white part of the leek, then sauté them in olive oil.

Step 2

Grate the cheese.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix together sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, a third of the grated cheese, and the sautéed pork.

Step 4

Roll out the dough and place it in a 24 cm (9.5 inch) pie dish, prick the dough with a fork, and pour in the filling.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 356°F, sprinkle the pie with the remaining cheese, and bake for 30 minutes.
