- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Butter - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the semolina into a deep bowl, add sour cream (10% or 20%) and mix well. Let it sit for at least 40 minutes.

Combine the flour with the baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar. Combine with the sour cream mixture, then add the flour and knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour, but the dough should not be too thick.

Grease a baking pan (preferably round, 26 cm) with butter and pour the batter into it. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180-392°F and bake for 45-50 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick — if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
