  • Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • 20% Sour Cream - 2 cans
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat all the ingredients, starting with the eggs and gradually adding the rest. The batter should be thick like sour cream. Heat the skillet, grease it with oil, and cook the crepes. The batter does not spread on its own, so you need to spread it a bit in the skillet. Let the crepes cool.

Step 2

Whip the sour cream for the filling. Spread it between the layers (crepes).

Step 3

For the glaze, mix 3 tablespoons of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 50 g of butter, and cocoa, place it over heat, bring to a boil, and boil for 4 minutes. Pour the hot glaze over the cake. Decorate as desired.
