Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. While continuing to beat on low speed, gradually add the sugar with vanilla, cocoa powder, and finally, the eggs.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix — beat until smooth. If you have a food processor, it’s even easier — just place all the ingredients in the bowl and blend. The dough should be soft, not runny, and slowly slide off the spoon.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 5
Place the muffin cups on a dry baking tray.
Step 6
Place one heaping tablespoon of the batter into each mold.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for exactly 20 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let cool on the tray. Once cooled, decorate the muffins according to your mood and available ingredients.
