Cocoa Napoleon Cake

Ingredients

  • Margarine - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the softened margarine with the flour, add a little salt, and gradually pour in water. Divide the dough into three balls and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out the rounds. Place 2 rounds on a baking sheet. Bake until fully cooked.

Step 3

Pour a little water into a pot, add cocoa powder, a bit of sugar, and bring to a boil. Let it cool. In softened butter, add sugar, the cooled cocoa mixture, and one egg yolk, then beat with a mixer. In a separate bowl, whip one egg white and gradually add it to the cream, one spoonful at a time.

Step 4

Cool the cake layers and trim them evenly using a plate on top. Use the trimmings to make crumbs for sprinkling. Spread cream on each layer except the top one (also leave some cream for the top layer). Place everything under a weight. After a while, spread cream on the top layer and sprinkle with crumbs.
