- Chicken Egg - 17 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Sugar - 3 cups
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Butter - 14.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sponge, beat the egg whites separately from the yolks with sugar, then add the beaten yolks, flour, and vanilla. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part. Bake two layers at 356°F for about 40 minutes. Cut and crumble. Spread cream between the layers, alternating them, and sprinkle with crumbs.
Step 2
For the cream, beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of flour and warm milk. Bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened. Cool, add 400 grams of butter, and whip everything together.
