Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1½ cups
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Desiccated coconut - 4.2 oz
- Chopped almonds - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 1 cup of flour, 0.5 cup of sugar, and butter. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Spread the dough in a thin layer on a baking sheet (11x7 inches) and bake at 374°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs, mix with 1 cup of sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Add salt, baking powder, almond flakes, and shredded coconut.
Step 4
Cover the baked base with the mixture and bake for another 20–25 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the finished cookies into squares while hot.
