- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Coconut Milk - 7 fl oz
- Coconut Liqueur - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dark rum - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take two medium ripe avocados, cut them in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh, and blend it with all the other ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
The next day, freeze the ice cream in the freezer according to the instructions.
Step 3
If you don't have a freezer, immediately transfer the future ice cream to a container, place it in the freezer, and stir the contents of the container every 20–30 minutes until set.
