Coconut Apple Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Desiccated coconut - 3.5 oz
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - 8 fl oz
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the flour with the butter until crumbly. Pour in the water and knead the dough. Line a baking dish with the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix all the filling ingredients except for the apples and cook for 8 minutes until thickened. Slice the apples thinly.
Step 2
For the cream, mix everything until smooth. First, combine the yogurt with the egg and sugar, then add the starch.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and prick it with a fork. Bake the dough at 392°F for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then layer the apple slices, the coconut filling, and the cream. Bake for another 30 minutes. Cool before serving, keeping it in the refrigerator.
