- Desiccated coconut - 6.3 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ piece
- Sugar - 3.9 oz

Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, set the yolks aside.
Step 2
Add sugar to the egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add shredded coconut and the grated zest of half a lemon to the mixture.
Step 4
Form the mixture into firm balls. It's better to place the finished balls not directly on the baking sheet, but in a mold (a silicone one can be used).
Step 5
Bake at 356°F until a golden crust forms (about 10 minutes).
