- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, then add the zest of one lemon.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour and milk to the batter (in three additions), beating each time.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, grease the molds with butter and dust with flour.
Step 4
Combine the egg whites with the batter and pour into the molds.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 392°F.
Step 6
For the caramel, bring 120 ml of coconut milk to a boil with three tablespoons of sugar and 50 grams of butter.
Step 7
Cook until thickened and lightened in color, then drizzle over the finished cakes.
Step 8
Sprinkle with shredded coconut on top.
