Coconut Candies a-la 'Raffaello'

Ingredients

  • Shredded Coconut - to taste
  • Coconut Urbech - to taste
  • Almond Flour - a pinch
  • Cashews - 7.1 oz
  • Almonds - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the cashews and almonds overnight. Remove the skin from the almonds.

Step 2

Grind the cashews in a meat grinder or blender for a more homogeneous mass.

Step 3

Add shredded coconut to the cashews. Pour in the warmed coconut urbech. Sprinkle in a little almond flour.

Step 4

Shape the candies, placing an almond inside each.

Step 5

Roll in shredded coconut.
