Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Desiccated coconut - 5.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch

Lightly beat the egg whites with salt (not to stiff peaks!).
Step 2
Mix sugar with shredded coconut.
Step 3
Add the sugar-coconut mixture to the egg whites and mix well.
Step 4
Form pyramids: take a portion of the mixture with a teaspoon, shape it into balls with wet hands, and flatten them from the sides.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the pyramids at a small distance apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet and let cool.
