Coconut Cookies with Cardamom
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 2.3 oz
- Cardamom - ¾ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
One hour before cooking, take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer, add the egg, and beat again. Add the flour, cardamom, shredded coconut, and baking powder. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F, shape the dough into balls the size of a walnut, and slightly flatten them. Place them on a baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Step 4
Sprinkle the warm cookies with powdered sugar.
