  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Desiccated coconut - 2 cups
  • Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
  • 10% cream - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Knead the dough and pour it into the mold.

Step 2

For the filling, mix sugar, vanilla, and shredded coconut.

Step 3

Sprinkle the filling over the dough and bake for 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 170-356°F.

Step 4

When the pie is ready, decorate the top with whipped cream and coconut flakes.
