Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients
- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 2 cups
- Vanillin - a pinch
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, eggs, sugar, baking soda, and gradually add flour. Pour the mixed dough into a greased baking pan and bake at 170–356°F. Do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes.
Step 2
Bake for 20–25 minutes. For the filling, mix sugar, vanillin, and shredded coconut. Whip the cream separately.
Step 3
Combine the cream and shredded coconut. After the pie has cooled, spread the cream over the pie. You can simply pour the cream with coconut on top.
