  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the margarine with sugar, add the eggs, and beat with a mixer.

Step 2

Toast the shredded coconut in a dry skillet until golden (for a stronger aroma), then add to the mixture.

Step 3

Next, add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture into molds.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25–30 minutes.

Step 6

Decorate as desired.
