- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Coconut Milk - 13 fl oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2
Add milk to taste. The milk adjusts the sweetness. Some prefer it without milk, but I add a small glass (100–150 ml).
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a mold or small molds.
Step 4
Place in the oven (392°F) for 40–45 minutes.
Step 5
Remove, cool, and chill well in the refrigerator.
