Ingredients
- Butter - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Almond - 0.1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened shredded coconut - ¾ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 302°F (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a baking sheet with butter, line it with foil, and lightly grease it again. Dust with flour and shake off the excess.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg white with sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Then add the shredded coconut. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and place 4 mounds on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Step 3
Bake for 15–20 minutes until a golden crust forms on top. Carefully transfer from the baking sheet using the foil and cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the foil.
