  • Almond - 3 fl oz
  • Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 0 fl oz
  • Chia Seeds - 1.1 oz
  • Candied fruits - 1.8 oz
  • Orange zest - 0 oz
  • Mint - 1 sprig

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, combine almond milk, coconut milk, and sugar syrup, and mix well.

Step 2

In a jar with a lid, add chia seeds and pour in the prepared milk mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the container in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Step 4

When serving, top the set mousse with candied cherries, garnish with lime zest and mint leaves.
