- Oats - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk - 3 fl oz
- Shredded Coconut - 1 tablespoon
- Flax seeds - a pinch
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
- Apple - ½ piece
- Maple syrup - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the oats with the seeds, pour in water in a 1/2 ratio, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Finely chop half of the apple and add it to the porridge along with the shredded coconut. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the porridge in a bowl and drizzle with maple syrup.
