Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Instant coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F and line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper.
Step 2
Dissolve the coffee in the milk.
Step 3
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, add the sour cream, the coffee dissolved in milk, and beat again. You can add 2–3 drops of vanilla extract. Sift the flour mixed with cocoa on top and quickly knead the dough to a consistency slightly softer than playdough.
Step 4
Grease your hands with vegetable oil, roll the dough into slightly elongated balls the size of cherries, then press down in the center of each ball with a wooden toothpick all the way to the bottom. You can moisten the toothpick with water to prevent it from sticking to the dough.
Step 5
Bake the cookies for 10–15 minutes, do not let them brown.
