Description
Preparation time 30 minutes + chilling time in the refrigerator. The coffee should be strong and sweetened.

- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cookie - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Freshly brewed green tea - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the cream, mix sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar, and heat over a water bath until thickened. Cool the mixture and, adding softened butter in small portions, beat until smooth.
Step 2
In a greased pan, layer several layers of cookies soaked in coffee, spreading cream between each layer. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
Step 3
When serving, carefully invert the pan to transfer the cake to a plate, and decorate as desired.
