Coffee Cream with Rum
Ingredients
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Starch film - 1½ teaspoons
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Rum - 2 fl oz
- Instant coffee - 1½ teaspoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolk from the white.
Step 2
Rub the yolk with sugar. Add starch.
Step 3
Mix coffee with milk and rum. Whisk thoroughly.
Step 4
Cook the cream in the microwave at full power for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Step 5
Pour the finished cream into glasses and chill. Garnish with chopped nuts and pieces of chocolate.
