- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Instant coffee - 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough base. Take a deep bowl or a small saucepan. Place the granulated sugar and butter in it and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous. Gradually add cocoa and flour in a thin stream while continuously stirring. Knead the dough. Form the dough into a log and cut it into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
The number of resulting portion-sized pieces should be even. Roll them into balls. Take microwave-safe paper and fold it into three layers. Arrange the dough balls on the paper in a circle (closer to the outer edge of the paper). Slightly flatten the top of each ball. Place the paper with the balls in the microwave and bake for 3–4 minutes at a power of 600W. Remove the baked pastry bases and let them cool.
Step 3
For the cream, place the butter in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Then gradually add the coffee powder in parts and continue to beat the mixture. When the mass becomes homogeneous in consistency and color, the cream is ready.
