Ingredients
- Ground Coffee - 2.6 oz
- Water - 19 fl oz
- Raw cane sugar - 7.9 oz
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Milk - 4 qt
- Chocolate Sauce - 17.6 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the ground coffee into a French press and add hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the brewed coffee and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool for 20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whip the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
In another large bowl, mix the milk, softened vanilla and chocolate ice cream, and the chilled coffee. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the coffee mixture, then add the remaining whipped cream. Serve immediately.
