Cold mango soup for breakfast

Ingredients

  • Mango - 1 piece
  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Dried Apricots - 4 pieces
  • Orange zest - 1 piece
  • Chopped almonds - 5 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Mineral water - 1 fl oz
  • Vinegar essence - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dice the mango, banana, and orange, then blend in a blender.

Step 2

Separately blend the large juicy dried apricots with almonds, water, and honey until smooth.

Step 3

Add a couple of drops of vanilla essence, but be careful not to overdo it, or it will taste bitter.

Step 4

Mix everything together and serve for breakfast.
