  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Shallots - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • White bread - 2 slices
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté until soft.

Step 2

Add the eggs and stir gently.

Step 3

Cut the tomato into 4 pieces, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh into 1 cm cubes.

Step 4

Add the tomato, season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Toast the bread, spread the avocado on top. Place the sautéed eggs on top, season with salt, and serve.
