- White bread - 2 slices
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté until soft.
Step 2
Add the eggs and stir gently.

Cut the tomato into 4 pieces, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh into 1 cm cubes.
Step 4
