- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Red Food Coloring - ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2½ pieces

Beat the egg with sugar, add softened butter, and mix in the baking soda that has been reacted with vinegar.

Gradually add the sifted flour.
Step 3
Mix, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
Step 5
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet, brush them with beaten egg, and brush the yolk mixed with food coloring on top.
Step 6
Bake at 356°F for 20–25 minutes.
